(multiple of 10 sts +6)

Row 1 (RS). Ch 1, 1 sc in first and each st across. Turn.
Row 2. Ch 3, skip first sc, 1 dc in next sc, *ch 1, skip 1 sc, 1 dc in next 2 sc; rep from * to end. Turn.
Row 3. Ch 3, skip first dc, 1 dc in each dc adn each ch-1 sp across, end dc in top of t-ch. Turn.
Rep rows 2 and 3 if longer edging is desired.
Row 4. Ch 3, skip first 2 dc, *2 dc in next dc, ch 2, 2 dc in next dc, ch 1, skip 3 dc; rep from *, end skip 2 dc, 7 dc in last ch-2 sp, 1 sc in top of t-ch.
