Ch 18, 1 sl st in 11th st from hook, 4 sl st, 1 p., 4 sl st over half of this ring, turning it to start; ch 7, 1 sl st in 1st ch st, turn; 3 sl st, 1 p, 4 sl st, 1 p, 4 sl st, 1 p, 3 sl st over these 7 chs; 4 sl st, 1 p, 4 sl st over remaining half of ring; ch 16, 1 sl st in 11th st from hook.

Upper Edging – 1st Row: 2 dc over connecting st of ring, ch 6, 2 dc.

2nd Row: 1 sl st in each st.
