I Blogs Crochet!!!

A great big hug to you all this Saint Valentino’s Day! And thank you, fellow crocheter Alsiva, for passing on to me the much coveted VERSATILE BLOGGER AWARD. :D

As per Award Rules – and the fun part – here are 7 Random (Valentine) Things About The Crochetologist (took me over an hour to think of these).

1. My first ever handmade Valentine card was for my Mom
2. I kept my hair shaved off for three years to ward off boys
3. I grew my hair to my waist to attract boys
4. Neither tactic worked
5. Chocolates depress me
6. Most romantic evenings: at home on the balcony with the fireflies about
7. My husband is my first and only love.

Blogger Award Rules:

1. Add the award to your blog.
2. Thank the blogger who gave it to you.
3. Mention 7 random things about yourself.
4. List the rules.
5. Award to 15 bloggers.
6. Inform each of those 15 by leaving a comment on their blog.

  1. Thank you for this award!~

I was too excited when I saw this on my tracker but I wasn’t able to thank you first before blogging about it. I am very sorry for being so excited.. :(

But really! I am so happy that I was on the list! Million thanks! ^___^

    P.S. I love your patterns, too!~

    • Ahah! That’s okay, I knew about it already when I visited your blog yesterday! :) Please keep blogging, yours is one of the really nice blogs out there. :)

        • Sigh. I have that feeling too many times. In the past I have deleted over 5 years of blogging and other writing because of such feelings. I’ve managed to steer away from such feelings by simply writing for myself, writing and creating because of the craft itself, and not because of an audience or other expectation. For me, that’s the secret. :)
